Specialities
Tina offers consultancy on IP rights and marketing rules. She advises clients in many different industries on strategy, protection and enforcement of IP rights, marketing rights and infringement cases. She negotiates and designs agreements covering all types of IP rights and represents clients in administrative proceedings before trademark authorities. In addition, Tina also advises on domain name cases and has, among other things, handled several complaint cases.
